Cat. #00047241: STEPHEN BEKASSY

Scarce vintage inscribed blue fountain pen signature on a 4x6-inch off-white card, acquired in-person by inveterate collector John Virzi in the 1960s and decorated with a small book image. In good condition. Handsome Hungarian-born leading man Stephen Bekassy memorably portrayed Franz Liszt in A Song to Remember (1945) and was elsewhere notable in films like Hell and High Water (1954) and Beyond the Time Tunnel (1960).
